Our Return to Jamaica 2027
Saturday, February 6 – 13
Join Suzie and Maria for a weeklong adventure into asana, pranayama and meditation on the beautiful Cliffs of Negril. We will be on the westernmost coast of Jamaica, which boasts not only a spectacular coastline of the rugged high cliffs but also a world famous seven-mile white sand beach.
Jamaica invites you to re-connect with Spirit, to unwind and let go into the vibrancy and rhythm of island life. Your yoga practice is brought alive by the warm breezes, turquoise sea, lively music and charm of the Jamaican people.
Both Suzie and Maria teach with an empowering and therapeutically precise set of alignment principles, life affirming Tantric philosophy, and a full celebration of life. Their yoga is both playful and profound, allowing each student to awaken to the innate joy that lies waiting to be revealed in each of our hearts.

Location, Accommodations & Meals
The Negril Huts are 4 separate Airbnb buildings with different units within each. All units have kitchens, AC, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Dr. Carey Wallace and his wife Vivine, our Airbnb Superhosts, have created “the Huts” to offer authentic Jamaican experiences where rustic charm meets modern comfort.

All units face the sea and there is direct ocean access, with a ladder for easy swimming or cliff or lighthouse jumping for the more adventurous. For beach lovers, there is daily transportation to a family owned Seven Mile beach hotel with beach chairs, restaurant, and amenities.

Our Yoga deck is up a flight of stairs for a pristine ocean view. Under a covered veranda and open to the ocean breezes, it makes a perfect place for practice and to watch the sunset after our afternoon class.

Included in the price is a light breakfast before morning yoga and full brunch following the morning practice. Also included are two group dinners on our opening and closing evenings, (Feb. 6 & Feb. 12). For other nights, we can walk in small groups, or taxi to sample the local fare at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby.
Please note: Travel days are Feb. 6 and Feb. 13.
We fly into Montego Bay where you will be picked up for the 90 minute ride to the Huts. The cost for that is $75. for round trip and will be paid in cash to Natasha Wallace on arrival.
Props
Carey and Viv are trying to order at least some of our props, namely one 4” block and 1 blanket per person. If so, you will need to bring your mat, one more 4’’ block, 1 yoga belt, a resistant band (stretchy band), and 1 blanket. Every little bit helps!

Prices
Price includes hotel accommodations for seven nights, light breakfast, brunch, two dinners, and all yoga classes. (We also offer a “non-yoga” price for spouses/partners who choose not to practice.)
Not included in the price are airfare, transportation to and from Sangster Airport in Montego Bay and any excursions you should take.
