Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica 2025

Iguana Lodge January 25-February 1, 2025

Please join me on an amazing Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica. We’ll be at Iguana Lodge on the Osa Peninsula, one of nature’s masterpieces. Iguana Lodge is the only the only luxury hotel on the beach. The Osa Peninsula is one of the most biodiverse places on planet earth, where we will discover its extraordinary and unique tropical flora and fauna, relax in the pool with monkeys overhead, sway in a hammock while contemplating the beauty of life… and perhaps savor an occasional piña colada. You can see it all here:

The Location

Iguana Lodge is located on the best beach on the Osa, ten minutes from the town of Puerto Jimenez on the Osa Peninsula in southwestern Costa Rica. This six-mile-long, gorgeous, deserted stretch of sandy beach is made for swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, short board surfing…and just perfect for a walking meditation or a good talk with a friend.

With a tennis/pickleball court, pool, spa, yoga pavilion, ceramic studio, award winning restaurant, wifi, naturalist, and concierge service offering incredible adventures, the Iguana Lodge will fill our every need.

You can walk for miles without seeing another person, but you can’t avoid the scarlet macaws!

Accommodation

There are 3 different types of lodging

Club Rooms

Casitas

Beach House

  1. There are 8 Club rooms (more like a hotel room) that all have AC. Four have queen beds, four have two individuals that can make into a king.
  2. There are 4 Casitas, three with a beach view, one with a jungle view. Of the three on the beach, one stands alone, the other is a duplex, (one above and one below) The one below has AC and has a King bed plus a Day bed). All Casitas have a queen bed and one day bed – an additional day bed can be added for triple occupancy if desired.
  3. There is the Beach House which has two large bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living room/half bath downstairs – which presently doesn’t have AC – but the bedrooms may by then. The bathroom configuration on that upper floor has two bathroom areas. One of the areas has a toilet and sink, and the other has a shower and sink. Each room has a Queen bed and a Day Bed. And could put another day bed in each.
